Incident: Kenya agrees to shipboard police

Kenya has agreed to post policemen on anti-piracy patrols to arrest pirates apprehended at sea, according to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. "The police, or 'ship riders,' would then deliver the pirates to Kenya for trial," according to reports.
