Incident: Bulk carrier attacked

A Panama-flagged bulk carrier, not otherwise identified, is attacked, with crew using fire hoses to drive off would be boarders. "Nato officials on a nearby Portuguese warship said an unexploded rocket-propelled grenade landed in the commanding officer's cabin."
