Incident: Vessel attacked

A vessel (not otherwise identified) is attacked in the Indian Ocean 410 NM east of Mombasa by assailants in one white skiffs who placed rifle and RPG fire on the merchant ship. "A second larger boat was observed in the vicinity. The alert mariners took appropriate anti-piracy measures and escaped but sustained minor damage to the vessel and one crewmember was injured."
