Incident: Container ship attacked

A container ship, not otherwise identified, is attacked by men armed with rifles and rocket propelled grenades.

Master raised alarm, sent distress message and took evasive manoeuvres. A naval warship responded to the distress call and sent a helicopter. The helicopter fired warning shots and the pirates aborted the attempted attack.
