Incident: Fishing vessel chased

A fishing vessel about 540 NM off Somalia (not otherwise identified) is chased by six men in a skiff armed with automatic weapons. "Vessel increased speed and headed into the waves / swell and thus the skiff was prevented from advancing towards the fishing vessel." (ICC/IMB Q3 Report and ICC/IMB Website)
